		<description>I think the soil ph meter would be great. You are right, the soil tests just give you an average from all over. It would be great to be able to measure a specific spot! Great ideas too on the soil thermometer, especially for germinating seeds.</description>

		<description>Simple, yet smart...I never thought to cross-purpose my instant-read thermometer for checking soil temps when seeding.  I&#039;m sure my peppers would be happy if I was sure the soil was warm enough before I planted them, instead of just guessing.  Great tip!</description>
